FACILITATED SESSIONS

There are times when there is a need for a group of individuals to come together discuss a particular topic. Most of the time, they may choose to do it themselves. However, there are times when they might with the assistance of a facilitator.

The facilitator’s main role is to create an open, nurturing environment that encourages participants to share their views perceptions and experiences. The facilitator additionally possess the skills to navigate organisational tensions, manage human dynamics and enable potentially difficult conversations to happen in a safe space.

For example: focus group discussions were used mainly in market research. Nowadays, they are additionally used to engage internal customers and stakeholders, as well as external ones. Specifically, to:
