OUR FOUNDER
SHOBA CHANDRAN
AUTHOR, SPEAKER, COACH, FACILITATOR
Shoba is the founder of the Innovation Matrix. She is a Certified Competent Facilitator (CCF), Scrum Master and CTI trained coach, with close to 20 years’ worth of experience in the field of innovation and transformation. She formed part of the team to write a book on facilitation called “Collaboration by Design” released late 2017.
She is also the creator of a Facebook community group for Virtual Facilitators, Trainers and Presenters
GENESIS
One of the key definitions of ‘matrix’ is “A situation or surrounding substance within which something else originates, develops, or is contained”.
This, in one sentence is the essence of The Innovation Matrix.
Our logo, which uses negative space to represent one "N" also alludes to the essence of innovation: that it is sometimes necessary to look beyond the obvious in order to innovate.
And once it is seen, it cannot be unseen.
